An alcohol-free kombucha beer from Willy's over in Herefordshire - the same folks who make all those yummy Chase spirits! Ginger is infused into the base brew, which is made up of only four ingredients: water, Japanese Sencha green tea, cane sugar and a starter culture called a SCOBY (which stands for symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast, don't you know). A great and spicy alternative for those who still want a refreshing tipple without the alcohol.
